It started with a missed flight. Then a missed wedding. Then a canceled family visit. We were a group of friends from different corners of the world, united by our love for life in Spain but constantly frustrated by one single problem: getting an "Autorización de Regreso."

Every time we needed to travel while our residency cards were being renewed, we faced the same nightmare. Hours spent refreshing the government's website, only to find no appointments. We saw friends and colleagues share the same anxiety in countless WhatsApp groups. The stress was universal.

We knew there had to be a better way. We weren't just developers and service experts; we were people who had personally felt the sting of being stuck. So, we decided to build the solution we wished we had.
